Kids Will Love:

Wagon rides to the apple picking fields, photo opportunities, ‘gently’ haunted, cornfield walks, and straw mountain for jumping.

Admission and Apple Pricing:

Admission $15 per person over 5 years old when you pre-buy online. Buying at the farm is $16.95 per person over 5 years old, seniors $12.95.

The PYO apples season can be short due to weather, call ahead to avoid disappointment. Sunflower Kingdom admission is an additional fee. 2026 pick your own apples pricing is pending confirmation.

The Apple Orchard

1668 Highway 6,  Hamilton

Open Thursday through Monday from 9 am till 5 pm.

Kids Will Love:

The corn pit, wagon rides (weekdays only), a corn maze, a large sunflower field, the animals and even some gnomes. Come back and pick your own pumpkins! This farm for Apple Picking in Hamilton has lots to offer beyond apple picking near me!

Admission and Apple Pricing:

Admission is $12.83 +HST adults, $12.39 +HST seniors, $11.95 +HST kids and kids under 2 are free.

All pick-your-own apples/pears are $2.37/lb – wow, great deal! They also have cider and other fresh picked produce

Applevale Orchards

5144 Derry Rd, Burlington

Applevale is open 7 days a week, from 10 am -5 pm during the picking season. The. season starts on September 12, 2026. Call if the weather isn’t great as they may close early.

Kids Will Love:

Apple picking and fresh apple cider to purchase. This farm is geared towards picking apples only, less so for a family day out.

Admission and Apple Pricing:

Orchard entry for U-Pick requires a minimum product purchase of $40 (orchard bag) per family.

Carluke Orchards

2194 Shaver Rd S., Ancaster

Picking starts September 12, 2026. Open Tuesdays thru Saturdays from 8 am till 6 pm and Sundays from 11 am till 5. Closed Mondays.

Kids Will Love:

The farm market store sells old-fashioned candy, take a wagon ride through the apple orchards, and the apples of course! Buy a wristband for access to the Petting Zoo, Wagon Ride, Corn Maze and the new Tractor Tire Park. Wristbands are $4 Tuesday-Friday and $12 on Saturdays and Sundays.

Admission and Apple Pricing:

Pick Your Own Season runs from early September until Mid October. We have 13 apple varieties available, as well as pick your own pumpkins and squash. Check below for our predicted picking schedule!

Pick Your Own Prices: $23.00 for a 10lbs Bag, $44.00 for a 20lbs Bag.

Chudleigh’s Entertainment Farm

General admission: open daily from 8:30 am – 6 pm including holidays. Select your 3 hour time-slot and enjoy unlimited access to our farm animals, children’s play area, nature trail, tractor wagon ride, apple orchard and more! Most apples are pick-your-own or are already picked and bagged.

Kids Will Love:

Chudleigh’s is great for young families. The activities include giant slides and play structure, “retired” tractors, horse tire swings, farm animals, wagon rides, hay bail jump. Pony rides every day weather permitting.

Admission and Apple Pricing:

Pre-purchase your tickets for your 3-hour visit online. Children under 3 are free, 4-12 years old are $16.50, adults are $12.50 and seniors 65+ are $18.00. Apple picking is an additional charge – 2025 pricing: standard bags for $15 and large bags for $28. Waiting to hear back on 2026 prices.

Josmar Acres

Open Labor Day (Mon, Sept 7) – 9am-4pm. Hours: Mon. – Fri. – 9am- 6pm, Sat. – 9am-5pm. Closed Sundays. Open until Thanksgiving Weekend.

Kids Will Love:

Parents have told us trees are low enough for little arms to reach. Kid’s korral will be open for little friends to enjoy.

Admission and Apple Pricing:

No admission fee. 2025 apple pricing is $20 for a 10lb bag. Gala, Mac, Empire and Golden Delicious. Pending 2026 prices.

Pie In The Sky Apple Orchard

33165 Bell Rd. in Wainfleet

2026 marks the reopening of the farm and apple picking!

Kids Will Love:

Also check out the corn maze and the sling shots when you’re done picking apples.

Admission and Apple Pricing:

2026 pricing is not released yet, but the farm re-opens for the season in August.

Paradise Fields Organic Farm

Certified ORGANIC pick-your-own apple experience with 7 varieties to choose from.

Kids Will Love:

A play area, a hay area, juice bar with fresh-made smoothies on Sundays. Visit the Farm store for honey, maple syrup, and organic produce.

Puddicombe Farms

Open 7 Days a week. Monday-Friday 8:30am – 6pm and Saturday & Sunday 8:30 – 4pm.

Kids Will Love:

Train tour of the grounds, petting zoo, children’s village, and picking apples. The train rides are a favourite.

Spirit Tree Estate Cidery

Apple picking available on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am till 4 pm.

Kids Will Love:

Taking a hayride to the orchard to pick their own apples

Admission and Apple Pricing:

$6 per adult (Family Deal – maximum up to $20 per family), Kids under 10 are free.

5, 10 and 20 lb bag are available. Apples are $2.75 per pound. CASH ONLY. There is a ATM inside the Farm Shoppe. 10 lb plastic bags will be provided upon arrival. No outside bags or backpacks allowed.

Admission and Apple Pricing:

Orchard admission is $8 for each person over 12 years old. It includes access to the orchard for picking, a corn field for walking, and sunflower patches for pictures. Pick your own apple pricing is 10 lb bags for $20 and 5 lb bags for $12.

Williams’ Orchards

26 acres of thriving fruit orchards with over 1500 apple, pear, and plum trees.

Admission and Apple Pricing:

PYO on weekends only. For entry to the orchard, they do require a minimum purchase of $25 per family of 5.
