Join the ‘fishing frenzy’ at Conservation Halton’s Family Fishing Derby Series! From seasoned anglers to those casting a line for the first time, everyone is welcome at our family-friendly, all-ages fishing derbies at Area 8 Conservation Area. Come out for a fun day of catch-and-release fishing, activities, prizes and outdoor adventure. Fish from shore or the docks, or rent a canoe, kayak or jon boat (weather permitting). You can also add on the Build Your Own Bait Workshop to create three custom lures!
