Bike Rodeo – Thorold

Heart Niagara is pleased to invite your child to participate in a Bike Rodeo on June 20th, 2026 from 12:00pm – 2:30pm at the Thorold Community Activities Group! We’re thrilled to offer this interactive cycle safety education program at no cost to youth and families (regularly $10 per child), thanks to the generous support of the City of Thorold, the Thorold Road Safety Committee, Niagara Student Transportation Services, the Thorold Community Activities Group, and the John and Lillian Clark Fund.

Please note that space is limited to students between the ages 8-12 and registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The goal of the Bike Rodeo is to give children the opportunity to be physically active while learning key bicycle safety skills they can use for the rest of their lives. Through this fun and engaging event, students will learn about traffic safety, signaling, required safety gear, the rules of the road, proper helmet and bike fit, and have the chance to practice their riding skills in a safe, supervised environment.

Please bring your own bike and helmet to participate in the activities.
