NowWhat Supports is a creative family clinic in downtown Ancaster championing folks with Minds of All Kinds. Alongside adult psychotherapy and coaching, we offer high-quality therapeutic summer camps and teen programs designed to build social, emotional, executive function, and self-regulation skills - in ways that feel joyful and empowering. Our children’s programs (JK - Gr 8) include 3 support tiers: SkillBuilders – A small, low-ratio camp led by social workers, blending explicit skill-building in the mornings with afternoon adventures to local parks, the library, splashpad, and trails to practice skills in real life - booked weekly (full or half days). LaunchPad – An “in-between” pod for kids who benefit from individualized support to thrive in group programming. PowerUp – Our highest-support tier for kids with more complex needs. Summer placements are booked weekly. We also offer 3 weeks of Dungeons & Dragons Camp for kids and teens who love building skills through collaborative storytelling and role-play (full week, half days) For high schoolers, TeenzOwn builds community and life skills through activities and off-site trips. NowSMH provides higher-support programming tailored to participants. Our weekly Summer DBT Program includes youth skills training plus parent workshops — a powerful reset for family dynamics. Spaces are limited. Programs can be covered by OAP funding & most benefit plans!
