Jump Dance Fit Academy (JDFA) is the only dance and jump rope studio in the Burlington - Milton - Oakville area. We offer afterschool jump rope and dance classes, recreationally and competitively. We're about being accessible to everyone. You don't have to be a natural athlete to join our classes. Anyone can participate and have fun with us!
