The ROW Swim Academy is a FUNdamentals program for swimmers from 4 to 8 years of age who want exposure to competitive swimming through a swim club. The goal of the ROW Swim Academy is to transition to our competitive programs once they have developed stronger swim techniques and skills. The athletes will swim once per week for 30-40 minutes.
