Celebrate the spring arrival of the beautiful Japanese cherry blossoms and Burlington’s 36-year friendship with our twin city, Itabashi, Japan.
Features of this free event include:
– Performances by Burlington’s Do Kon Daiko Japanese drumming group and internationally renowned taiko group Nagata Shachu
– Karate, aikido and iaido demonstrations
– Suzuran odori (traditional dance) performances
