Join Our Team And Have More Fun This Summer!
We’ll be looking to add Play Ambassadors to our roster. We are looking for diverse contributors who want to add some fun, family outings to their summer schedule on our behalf. Read on to learn more and see if you’ll be a good fit.
What is a Play Ambassador?
We love showcasing all of the awesome family-friendly destinations in our region but we just can’t be everywhere. That’s where Play Ambassadors come in. We send you on location to experience all of the fun and you document your day in photos and a short recap.
Active Parents is looking to grow our team, and no one knows family fun in your city better than a local parent like you! We’re looking for parents who are active in their community and who love to visit new places with their kids.
We receive so many great invitations to visit some of the coolest places for kids! We can’t see everywhere at once, that’s where you come in! We would love to send you on assignment to have the BEST DAY EVER!
AP will cover the cost of admission for you and your kids, and pay $25 per location. In exchange, we ask you to send us photos/videos of your day and to complete a short questionnaire about your visit.
– Must be able to take great photos, cell phone cameras are more than welcome as long as photo quality is fabulous.
– Child(ren) must be under 13
– You must have your own transportation
Important Notes
This is not a full time or part time position. We cannot guarantee a certain amount of income or adventures. We are building a small group of reliable parents who we can offer these days trips to in exchange for photos/videos/feedback on the location. You are under no obligation to accept an offer, should you be chosen.

Answer this question in your email:
- How do you use Active Parents? (Where do you access the info, what do you look for most, etc.)
Photos
- Photos are a huge part of sharing stories and adventures. Send us 3-5 photo that you have take while exploring locally. We won’t use them or share them but they are a big part of the Play Ambassadors application.
Send your email to [email protected] with Play Ambassador in the subject line. We will collect all of the applications until May 22, 2025 and get back to anyone who we’d like to move forward with.
