Combo Swim @ Aldershot Pool

An opportunity for everyone to enjoy the many benefits of swimming. Combination of Lap Swim (1 or 2 lanes available), Water Running, and Fun Swim. All ages and abilities welcome. Waterslide and diving board are not available during a combo swim. Fee: $3.05 plus tax per person

Theatre Fun – Family Acting and Improv @ Burlington Student Theatre

Want to learn the techniques of acting and improvisation? The Burlington Student Theatre will share some tips on how to confidently stand in front of the crowd. Join in acting and theatre activities to get the whole family moving, laughing and gaining confidence. No experience necessary. Get a discounted price if registering for all 5 dates.

Ninja Zone Drop-In @ Burlington Trampoline and Tumbling

One of our favourite things to do this weekend in Burlington. This drop-in program is designed for anyone 5+ interested in testing out their Ninja skills. Athletes under 18 MUST have a parent INSIDE the facility. Please Note: $35.00 Gymnastics Ontario Insurance Fee is due upon your 3rd visit unless already paid through recreational class registration.

Public Skate @ Mainway Arena

Children 6 years and under MUST wear a CSA approved helmet. Helmet with a face cage is recommended. All other participants are encouraged to wear a CSA approved helmet during public skates. ALL participants must wear a CSA approved helmet for Sticks and Pucks programs.

Fun Swim @ Tansley Woods Community Centre

Ride the water slide at Tansley Woods, play in the leisure pool at Angela Coughlan or swing on the Tarzan rope at Aldershot. Everyone is welcome! Fee: $3.05 plus tax per person.

Maple Syrup Festival @ Westfield Heritage Village

One of our favourite things to do this weekend in Hamiton. Discover one of Canada’s most time-honoured and tasty traditions. Explore historical and modern methods of making of maple syrup from the tree to the table. Families can purchase and enjoy a delicious, reasonably-priced pancake breakfast.

Family Sunday Open Studio @ Art Gallery of Burlington

One of our favourite things to do this weekend in Burlington is to drop into the FREE art studio at the Art Gallery of Burlington. It’s in their GWD Foundation for Kids’ Creative Hub. Their facilitators offer ideas as sources of inspiration to encourage visitors to engage with art and craft making.
