DESCRIPTION:For children 6- 10 years of age accompanied by an adult. \nJoin us and meet local author Zain Bandali as he reads from his illustrated chapter book Mehndi Boy.  Mehndi Boy\, was a Silver Birch Express Nominee and was recognized as a “Best Bet” by the Ontario Library Association and as a “Best Book for Kids” by the New York Public Library in 2023. \nFollowing the program\, the children will have the opportunity to choose a simple henna design to be drawn on their hand.
