DESCRIPTION:Come out to our Warbird Fly-In! We are expecting a variety of restored vintage military aircraft and will also be highlighting the 80th Anniversary of the first flight of the de Havilland Canada Chipmunk. Several Chipmunks are expected to attend. \nPlease note that a fly-in is NOT an air show. Visiting aircraft will arrive and depart throughout the day. While parked\, visitors will get the opportunity to view these aircraft up close. \nEXPECTED FLY-IN AIRCRAFT*: de Havilland Canada Chipmunk x 8\, Timmermans Legends of Flight (Supermarine Spitfire\, North American P-51 Mustang\, and Hawker Sea Fury)\, Fleet Finch\, Fairchild Cornell\, Westland Lysander\, Great War Flying Museum (Sopwith 1 1/2 Strutter\, Fokker DR1 Triplane\, and Nieuport 28)\, Bucker Jungmann\, BAC Jet Provost\, Canadair T-33 Silver Star\, North American Harvard\, North American T-28 Trojan.(Updated May 22/26). \nPILOT INFORMATION: the Warbird Fly-In is restricted to warbird aircraft operators only. There will be no aircraft parking available at the museum for non-warbird fly-in aircraft\, and they must contact a local FBO to arrange aircraft parking (no exceptions). For registered warbird aircraft\, landing fees will be covered\, and breakfast and a BBQ lunch will be provided. DESCRIPTION:See hundreds of vintage vehicles along with our famous vintage aircraft collection! \nVINTAGE VEHICLE PRE-REGISTRATION NOW OPEN! Limited spots available. All vintage vehicles must be pre-registered to take part in the show. \nPre-registered car owners can have our photographers take pictures of their car in front of a vintage aircraft for a minimum cash donation of $10 to the Museum. \nWe consider a VINTAGE vehicle to be one that was manufactured 20 years ago or more (so 2006 or older). As this is an outdoor event\, some car owners may elect to leave early if inclement weather is expected. \nNo refunds\, exchanges\, rain cheques\, outside food/drinks\, umbrellas\, and pets.
