Family Fun Day AGH 110 Celebration

Learn to make your very own musical instruments. Ghungroo (also known as ‘Ghungur’ in Bangla or ‘Ghungru’ / ‘Ghungroo’ in Urdu and Hindi) is a traditional musical anklet tied to the feet of classical South Asian dancers. The small metal bells draw special attention to the elegant footwork of the dancer while they perform. Join us in the Fischer Gallery for fun, hands-on art-making inspired by our new exhibitions by Radha S. Menon. No experience required.
Enjoy a special performance by My Friend Christopher and some refreshments in celebration of the Art Gallery of Hamilton’s 110 Anniversary.

Non Members: $5.00 per family (2 adults and up to 4 children.
