If you have a Dinosaur loving kid and you’re looking for a fun and easy activity, then you will love the Dinosaurs Alive exhibit at Burlington Centre! The show takes place inside the mall, right next to Shoppers Drug Mart and across from the Guest Services kiosk, so it’s very easy to access from any entrance.

Dinosaurs Alive is first come first served so there’s no need to book anything before you go you just pay upon arrival and go right in. The room is small, but it is jam-packed with Dinosaurs some moving, some stationary. There are also information cards with most of the dinosaurs if you’re looking to find out more about the different species. It does get loud so if you have a little one with sensitive ears you might want to bring some headphones or at least make sure they are prepared for the noise.

The walk-through isn’t long but it is fun, and you’re welcome to touch and pose with the different dinosaurs on display, of course, there are souvenirs to purchase on the way out. When we went it wasn’t busy at all and it took us about 15 minutes to thoroughly walk-through if it’s crowded it will certainly take longer especially if you are hoping to get an up-close look at each dinosaur.
Dinosaurs Alive is at Burlington Centre from now until May 1st before returning to its main home at Canada’s Dinosaur Park in Norwood Ontario. Tickets are $5 for kids and $10 for adults with all proceeds going to Indian River Reptile Sanctuary.
