Discover the magic of winter at night, the snow illuminated by moonlight and the stars bright in the night sky. Your guide will lead you on a snowshoe hike through Mountsberg’s beautiful landscape. The Art Gallery of Burlington’s Creative Hub is one of our favourite places to visit in Burlington. Last Sunday, the open studio volunteers guided us in ways to make a Picasso inspired guitar using cardboard tissue boxes, buttons, tape and bottle caps! Check out our Instagram for pictures. Watch out! Phew, you almost stepped on a giant jungle beetle! Keep an eye out today as we build our own jungle tree houses and riverboats at Ireland House’s Lego Club. We’ll also be making binoculars before we head out to look for exotic animals. Lego Club is a supervised drop-off program which takes place one Sunday per month throughout the school year.
