Discover the magic of winter at night, the snow illuminated by moonlight and the stars bright in the night sky. Your guide will lead you on a snowshoe hike through Mountsberg’s beautiful landscape. The evening will end fireside with some tasty hot chocolate. Not recommended for children under the age of 10. Pre-registration required.

The Art Gallery of Burlington’s Creative Hub is one of our favourite places to visit in Burlington. Last Sunday, the open studio volunteers guided us in ways to make a Picasso inspired guitar using cardboard tissue boxes, buttons, tape and bottle caps! Check out our Instagram for pictures. It’s a free drop-in and a definite hidden gem in Burlington.

Visit Ireland House Museum for a Heritage Open House. Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the end of WWI, visitors will learn about field medicine during the war in a special presentation, “The Canadian Army Medical Corps”. Baking demonstrations on the open hearth and sampling of wartime hard tack biscuits will be ongoing throughout the afternoon. Guests are invited to tour the historic Ireland family home. This event is FREE to attend.
