The Art Gallery of Burlington’s Creative Hub is a drop-in open art studio, where kids will have the whole studio to themselves. Rotate through the stations at your own pace, and at each one, create a masterpiece to take home with you! It’s a free drop-in and a definite hidden gem in Burlington.

Ahoy Mateys! Today, at Ireland House’s Lego Club, we leave our land lubber lives behind, because the pirate life is for us! We’ll make our own pirate hats and eye patches, build chests to hide our treasure and set sail on the open seas in our very own Lego pirate ships.

Enjoy a guided hike through some of the most lovely trails in our city, and you won’t be disappointed. Each week a skilled and knowledgeable volunteer will guide you through a new path. A great afternoon spent with family!

Create fall memories with the entire family at TERRA’s Fun Fall Fest! Corn maze, treats for kiddies, a selfie station, and fall workshops!

Enjoy the wonders of autumn from your seat on the York Durham Heritage Railway while traveling through the picturesque Oak Ridges Moraine. Saturday round trips departing from Uxbridge are 90 minutes long. Sunday trains depart the Uxbridge Station at 10:00 am and 2:30 pm and from Stouffville at noon. Round trips are 2 hours long.

Fall into Nature at Kelso Conservation Area is full of fall activities like chairlift rides to the top of the escarpment, wagon rides, interactive programs, children’s activities, food, pumpkins, and more!

Springridge Farm’s Harvest Festival is this weekend! Take the whole family and enjoy a professional puppet show, wagon rides to the 5-acre corn trail, a spooky boo bar, and pony rides!

During the month of October, Mountsberg undergoes a ghoulish transformation! Pumpkin Passport to Discovery, Meet Mountsberg’s Owls Vultures & Snakes, Hay Play Area and Wagon Rides!

Trick or Treat around the campground at Camper Halloween! Ghosts and goblins will go from site to site instead of door to door. Get in the spirit and decorate your campsite. Reserve your site today!

These events and more are all on our weekend calendar here. Check them all out and plan some local family fun into your weekend! We have your guide to local orchards to pick-your-own apples, and area pumpkin farms, too!
